Participant notes

“Module 3’s rewrite drills caught my habit of explaining motives instead of listing deliverables.”

— Jonas · Berlin

“Hearing Prep Lab helped, though I wanted one more example from public-sector roles. Still clearer than going in unprepared.”

FAQ

Is this legal advice for German employment law?

No. The course teaches communication structure and preparation habits. For rights, dismissal risk, or works-council strategy, speak with qualified counsel or your council representatives.

How long does the flagship path take?

Most people finish the core modules in five to eight focused hours, then spend additional time drafting their own letter.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not review employer-specific policies or union agreements in depth. If your workplace has a detailed local agreement, you will need to map our templates onto that document yourself or with local advisors.

Can my employer sponsor a seat?

Yes. Contact us for informational invoicing options. Sponsorship does not change the educational nature of the material.
